Just when you think you know where Jason’s Team are on K2!

K2 has a habit of keeping you in suspense and today was no different. After disappointing news coming in early morning that the Team were retreating to basecamp we get an update later in the day from Jason to say that they decided to sit the storm out for a couple more hours at camp 2 and everyone must have been praying really hard for them because the weather settled down nicely and there was a significant improvement in weather conditions. The team are now planning to head for camp 3 around 6.30am local time tomorrow with them so the summit bid is still very much in sight over the weekend.
