In the early hours this morning seven from our seven summit sister team were climbing up to camp one on Broad Peak “the mountain just beside K2 that climbers use to acclimatise” an avalanche has hit all seven climbers , six have been recovered with a few slightly injured and one is still missing from the team. Information within our team is that it’s a high altitude Pakistani Sherpa that’s not accounted for , our seven summit team Sherpas are in rescue mode right now……A few of us have dropped down to Broadpeak basecamp in support.
